This Agreement governs the relationship between you (“User,” “you”) and Tradespeed LLC (“Tradespeed,” “we,” “us”) regarding your access to and use of our trading platform, website, mobile applications, and related services.

2. No Investment Advice

Tradespeed does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All information provided on the platform is for general informational purposes only.

You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made solely by you and at your own risk.

3. User Representations & Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction)
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
• You are not prohibited from trading under applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

4. Investor & Trading Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that trading digital assets, derivatives, or financial instruments involves substantial risk, including but not limited to:

• Market volatility and price fluctuations
• Liquidity risk
• Regulatory changes
• Technical failures or system outages
• Total loss of capital

You confirm that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.

5. No Guarantee of Returns

Tradespeed does not guarantee profits, returns, or successful trades. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

6. Platform Access & Availability

Tradespeed may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time for maintenance, security, compliance, or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use the platform for illegal or prohibited activities
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradespeed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradespeed, its officers, managers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the platform or violation of this Agreement.

Tradespeed may not be registered or licensed in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with local laws.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Amendments

Tradespeed reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
