2. Deposits

All deposits made to your Tradespeed account are credited once confirmed by the relevant payment network or blockchain.

You are responsible for ensuring that deposit details are accurate. Tradespeed is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or using unsupported networks.

3. Fees

Tradespeed may charge fees for trading, withdrawals, subscriptions, or premium services. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital assets and financial trading services, all deposits, trades, and executed transactions are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
  • Unauthorized transactions proven to result from a system fault
  • Billing errors directly attributable to Tradespeed

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Trading losses
  • Market fluctuations
  • Fees paid for completed trades
  • Blockchain network fees
  • Subscription time already used

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Tradespeed may result in account suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide transaction evidence to payment processors or financial institutions.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to security checks, compliance reviews, and network confirmation times.

Tradespeed does not guarantee instant withdrawals and is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, banking systems, or third-party providers.

8. Subscription Services

If Tradespeed offers subscription-based services, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

You may cancel a subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

9. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your transactions, trades, or earnings on Tradespeed.
